This Privacy Policy describes how Brynto, operated by OrionEdge Technologies LLC, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Brynto mobile application, brynto.co website, and related services.

Your actual App Store privacy disclosures should match what the app and integrated third-party SDKs really collect. Apple requires developers to account for both their own data practices and those of third-party partners integrated into the app.

1. Information You Provide

Depending on how you use Brynto, you may provide information such as:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • business name;
  • account credentials;
  • business type;
  • supplier information;
  • business description;
  • product information;
  • product images;
  • quote requests;
  • quote responses;
  • messages;
  • contact-form submissions;
  • support requests; and
  • other information you voluntarily provide.

2. Account Information

If you create a Brynto account, we may collect and maintain information necessary to create, authenticate, and manage your account.

This may include:

  • email address;
  • account identifier;
  • account type;
  • profile information; and
  • authentication-related information.

Brynto currently uses Firebase for backend services, which may include authentication and cloud data storage.

3. Business and Supplier Information

Businesses and suppliers may provide information intended to be displayed to other Brynto users.

This may include:

  • business name;
  • business category;
  • products;
  • service area;
  • business description;
  • profile images;
  • product images;
  • contact or marketplace information; and
  • other supplier-profile details.

Some of this information may be publicly visible or visible to other registered users depending on the feature.

4. Quote and Marketplace Information

When users interact with Brynto’s sourcing tools, we may collect information such as:

  • quote requests;
  • requested products;
  • quantities;
  • supplier responses;
  • quote details;
  • timestamps; and
  • associated account information.

Brynto currently uses this information to facilitate communication and sourcing between buyers and suppliers.

Brynto does not currently process payment for wholesale transactions between buyers and suppliers.

5. Communications

When you communicate through Brynto or contact us, we may collect the content of your message and related information.

This can include communications made through:

  • contact forms;
  • support requests;
  • supplier/buyer messaging;
  • quote communications; and
  • chatbot interactions.

6. Website Information

When you visit brynto.co, certain technical information may be collected automatically by WordPress, Hostinger, plugins, or other website technologies.

This may include:

  • device information;
  • operating system;
  • pages visited;
  • referring website;
  • timestamps; and
  • basic diagnostic information.

9. Subscription Information

Brynto may offer paid subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

When you purchase an Apple subscription, payment information is processed by Apple.

Brynto may receive subscription-related information necessary to determine whether you have an active subscription, such as:

  • subscription status;
  • product or plan identifier;
  • purchase status;
  • renewal status;
  • entitlement status; and
  • related transaction identifiers.

Brynto does not receive your complete Apple payment-card information.

Apple manages the payment relationship for App Store purchases.

  • authenticate users;
  • connect buyers and suppliers;
  • display supplier profiles;
  • process quote requests;
  • deliver supplier responses;
  • enable communication;

  • maintain and improve the Services;
  • diagnose technical problems;
  • comply with applicable law; and
  • enforce our Terms.

11. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information merely because you use Brynto.

Information may be shared in the following circumstances.

Between Buyers and Suppliers

Information necessary to facilitate marketplace interactions may be shared with the relevant buyer or supplier.

For example, a supplier may receive information contained in a buyer’s quote request.

Service Providers

We may share information with companies that provide services needed to operate Brynto, such as:

  • cloud providers;
  • hosting providers;
  • database providers;
  • authentication providers;
  • analytics providers;
  • notification providers;
  • customer-support providers; and
  • security providers.

These providers may process information on our behalf.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with law;

  • investigate fraud;
  • enforce our Terms;
  • protect users; or

Business Transfers

Supplier profiles and certain business information may be designed to be visible to other Brynto users or publicly accessible.

Do not submit confidential information to fields intended for public display.

  • operate Brynto;
  • maintain user accounts;
  • provide requested services;
  • meet legal obligations;
  • resolve disputes;
  • prevent fraud; and
  • enforce agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information.

However, no internet service, database, or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

Depending on applicable law and available Brynto functionality, you may have options to:

  • correct account information;
  • change notification settings;
  • request account deletion;
  • request deletion of certain information; or
  • contact us regarding privacy questions.

16. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Brynto account using functionality provided within the app, where available, or by contacting us.

Some information may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance.

17. Apple Privacy Disclosures

Brynto’s App Store product page may display Apple’s privacy information describing categories of data collected through the app.

Those disclosures must accurately represent Brynto’s data practices and applicable third-party SDKs. Apple specifically instructs developers to disclose data collected from the app unless an applicable disclosure exception applies.

If Brynto’s functionality or third-party integrations change, we may update both this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information.

18. Children’s Privacy

Brynto is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly design Brynto to collect personal information from children for consumer use.

If we learn that information from a child was collected contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address it.

19. Third-Party Links

Brynto may link to supplier websites, third-party resources, Apple services, or other websites.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Users should review the privacy policies of services they access independently.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when:

  • Brynto adds new functionality;
  • our technology changes;
  • we add service providers;
  • privacy requirements change; or
  • our data practices change.

The current version will display its effective date at the top.
